The Committee on Student Activities would like to announce the new ASCE Student Leadership Award. The ASCE Student Leadership Award is granted to someone who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in a Student Chapter through various activities (e.g., service as an officer, leading special events, interactions with University administration, interaction with Sections/Branches). The eligibility requirements are as follows:
• Student must be an ASCE national member
• Nomination must come from Faculty or Practitioner Advisor, Department Chair, or Section/Branch Officer
• Student must be currently enrolled in college
Attached is a copy of the application form (print this Word file) with a description of the required nomination material. The deadline for submitting a nomination is April 1, 2008. Nominators should submit all material (Nomination Form and Letters) in one package to:
