A 50 Year Legacy |

Greetings and Welcome to the ASCE Cape Canaveral Branch |
Dear Fellow Colleagues, Your ASCE Cape Canaveral Branch is ready to begin another year of fun and exciting meetings and networking opportunities. As the new incoming President for the Cape Canaveral Branch, my goal is to increase our membership and have more participation in the organization, whether it is through our meetings, community outreach or social activities. Other goals include planning some joint meetings with other organizations such as American Public Works Association (APWA) and Florida Engineering Society (FES), doing at least one Habitat for Humanity event, and continuing our West Point Bridge (WPB) competition for the 7th – 12th graders. Last year we had our first WPB competition where our two finalists went to St. Augustine this past summer to compete in the State competition. This competition brings great awareness to our organization and engineering and we would like this year to be bigger than last year!
