L&L - The Railroad's Integral Role In American Infrastructure

Jake, a civil engineering graduate from Southern Polytechnic State University, has extensive experience in industrial development within the railroad sector at Norfolk Southern (NS). He began his career at NS in Atlanta, GA, preparing rail plans for economic development projects. He later served as an Industrial Development Manager in St. Louis, MO, focusing on expanding rail-served industries. In 2015, he moved to Kentucky and Tennessee, expanding his role to include site identification and marketing. In March 2023, his territory expanded to West Virginia. Jake works closely with economic development organizations and utilities. He lives in Knoxville, TN, with his wife Amberley and son Cooper.
