January Meeting

Please join us next Thursday, January 20, for our monthly meeting at Asiana (1968 Hendersonville Road, Asheville).

Our presentation will be “Milton Madison Bridge: Re-use of Existing Bridge Piers and Innovative Accelerated Procurement and Construction Methods” by Greg Stiles, P.E. of Michael Baker Jr. Inc.

Meeting will begin at 11:45am.

Welcome to the Western Branch of the North Carolina Section Website. We are a small, but active, branch serving 20 counties in Western North Carolina. We alternate between lunch and dinner meeting times for our monthly meeting, but the meeting is always on the third Thursday of the month.

We provide excellent programs of local interest and a great opportunity to socialize with other civil engineers. We provide Professional Development Hour certificates for appropriate program. Everyone is welcome to our meetings, even if you are not a member of ASCE.
