The water and sewer infrastructure for New Hanover County and the City of Wilmington is the responsibility of Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA). They have recently completed and are in the process of performing several upgrades to the existing system. These upgrades are in preparation for the future of Wilmington and New Hanover County. Mr. Flechtner and Mr. Pinnix of the authority will be on hand to provide insight into the various aspects of capital improvements, capacity management, and the permitting process.
