Volunteer Event - Food Pantry
In honor of Engineer’s Week, ASCE NWI is calling all volunteers for a morning of helping those in need at Food Bank of Northwest Indiana’s Merrillville location on Saturday, February 22, 2020. We will be assisting the Food Bank with sorting meals and/or handing out meals at their facility to those in need over the course of the morning.
When: February 22, 2020 from 7:00am to 10:30am
What: Food Distribution at Merrillville Location and/or sorting and packing food items.
Where: Food Bank of Northwest Indiana, 6490 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410 at their facility.
Who: Volunteers Adults and Children Age 8 or Older. All children must be supervised by a parent/guardian.
Details: Water and Snacks provided. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. All help appreciated, work will be assigned as to what each person is comfortable doing.
