Presenter’s Bio:  

The presentation will be given by Heath Wintz, P.E., who is a lead environmental engineer at Stantec, Inc.  After attending the University of Florida, Heath has focused on utility projects throughout Palm Beach, Martin and Dade Counties.  Over the past 14 years, Mr. Wintz has design and constructed processes for the treatment and disinfection of potable water, wastewater and reclaimed water.  He is currently focused on construction of the UV treatment facility and Powdered Activated Carbon contact basin at the City of WPB WTP, and engineer of record for design of the Deep Injection Wells as part of the Miami-Dade WASD Ocean Outfall Legislation program.  Heath is an occasional triathlete, retired cave diver, and is currently learning to kite surf.
