January Luncheon- Russian River Brewery – Project Review

Review of the new 120,000 square foot brewery building in Windsor, CA including: brewhouse, funky brewery, hospitality and office space.
In addition to a general project overview the presentation will discuss the unique challenges of coordinating multiple specialty systems/contractors through an accelerated construction schedule and offsite fabrication of significant elements of the project.
Speaker(s)
Luke Wilson, a licensed structural engineer, graduated from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with a bachelor of science degree in Architectural Engineering and has been working at ZFA Structural Engineers since 2007. He has performed structural design and analysis for a variety of project sectors but has focused on public, commercial and historic projects.
Brett Shields, a licensed professional engineer, graduated from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Architectural Engineering and has worked at ZFA Structural Engineers since 2013. He has performed structural design, analysis and detailing for a variety of project sectors including educational, custom residential, commercial, and the seismic retrofit/repair of historic existing structures.
