January Branch Meeting
Our January ASCE Eastern Branch meeting will be held in Brookings on January 24th at 5:30 PM in Crothers Engineering Hall Room 204. At 5:30 we will briefly hold our Branch meeting. After the conclusion of our meeting, Dr. Rouzbeh Ghabchi will provide a presentation, give us a tour of the asphalt lab, and show us the new testing equipment. He will also share information regarding the laboratory’s testing capabilities and type of the research they are conducting on asphalt materials. Also, depending on this presentation and tour there may be 1 to 1.5 PDH hours with this meeting.
The student chapter has also been invited to this meeting. Therefore, it would be a great opportunity to meet and interact with the current engineering students. After the presentation and tour, we will likely go to Cubby's for dinner and social hour.
