Nicholas Miller, RS&H

President
Hi, my name is Nicholas Miller and I recently became President of the Space Coast Branch. I have been involved in the rebuilding and rebranding of our Branch since late 2018. I look forward to 2020 with the hopes that we will continue to build something great together and, with our new website and additional Board Members, I think we are off to a great start!

Priyanka Valletta, BRPH

Past President

Hello! My name is Priyanka Valletta, and I am one the Past Presidents of the Space Coast Branch of ASCE. I graduated from Florida Tech with a B.S. in civil engineering in 2012, and I currently work as a project manager and civil engineer for BRPH Architects-Engineers, providing facilities and site design services to clients across a variety of market sectors—and ASCE is the reason I even started down this road. My first experience with ASCE was in 2005 at the Future Cities Competition—I then learned what the word “aggregate” meant, and it’s been a wild ride ever since! My time in college was mostly spent sanding canoes, late nights prepping for the Regional Conferences, and getting chased by alligators in Crane Creek training for the paddling races. I am fascinated by infrastructure and the built environment, and I love the opportunities that ASCE creates for us to connect and share our experiences and passion for engineering (and generally nerd out). Come join us!

Quinn Duffy, Florida Institute of Technology

I graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2019, minoring in sustainability and have continued my education pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Florida Tech. I have had a wonderful time in ASCE, serving in the Student Chapter Executive Board, Concrete Canoe Team, and even hosting a National Concrete Canoe Competition at Florida Tech in 2019. ASCE is one of the best organizations to be a part of if you’re in a construction or civil engineering field, a student in a related course of study, or a professional looking for an society that will boost your professional development.
