This year the ASCE Acadiana Branch has the privilege of hosting the 2026 ASCE Louisiana Section Spring Conference.

Instructions and inclusions for sponsorship and exhibitors is as follows:

• Platinum Sponsorship ($1,200): Includes a 15 minute sponsor highlight presentation during Lunch and recognition as a sponsor at the conference on signage (large logo), program, and media.  Also includes two full registrations.
   
  • Please note Signing up for Platinum sponsorship does not register you for the conference.  Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference.  The registrant information can be the same as the sponsor information. 
     
• Gold Sponsorship ($1,000): Includes recognition at the networking event and recognition as a sponsor at the conference on signage (large logo), program, and media. Also includes two full registrations.  
   
  • Please note: Signing up for Gold sponsorship does not register you for the conference. Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference. The registrant information can be the same as the sponsor information.
     
• Silver Sponsorship ($600): Includes recognition on all badges or lanyards and as a sponsor at the conference. Includes one full registration.
   
  • Please note: Signing up for Silver sponsorship does not register you for the conference. Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference. The registrant information can be the same as the sponsor information.
     
• Bronze Sponsorship ($300): Includes recognition during breakfast and recognition on conference signage.
   
• Conference Sponsor ($150): Includes recognition as a sponsor on conference signage. 
   
• Exhibitor Package ($400): Exhibitors will receive a table and two chairs for the entire conference. Includes breakfast and lunch for both days and networking event admission for two persons.

Students:

Registration is $20 for students. Please contact your advisor for volunteer opportunities.  

Hotel Reservations:

The Double Tree Hotel is offering a discounted rate If you will be coming from out of town and wish to stay on Thursday night at a rate of $129 for a two double bed room or $149 for a king bed room. Please see the information below in regards to the group guestroom block:
