This year the ASCE Acadiana Branch has the privilege of hosting the 2023 ASCE Louisiana Section Spring Conference. This conference will be held on April 27th and 28th;

Instructions and inclusions for sponsorship and exhibitors is as follows:
- Platinum Sponsorship ($1000): Includes two full registrations with recognition as a sponsor at the conference and networking event. Please note: Signing up for Platinum sponsorship does not register you for the conference. Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference. The registrant information can be the same as the sponsor information.
- Gold Sponsorship ($750): Includes one full registration with recognition as a sponsor at the conference and on all name badges. Please note: Signing up for Gold sponsorship does not register you for the conference. Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference. The registrant information can be the same as the sponsor information.
- Silver Sponsorship ($600): Includes recognition as a sponsor at the conference and breakfast and lunch on both days. Please note: Signing up for Silver sponsorship does not register you for the conference. Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference. The registrant information can be the same as the sponsor information.
- Exhibitor Package ($700): Exhibitors will receive a table and two chairs for the entire conference. Includes breakfast and lunch for both days and networking event admission for two persons. Please note: Signing up for Exhibition does not register you for the conference. Please use the "Add" feature under "Other Attendee Information" to register for the conference. The registrant information can be the same as the exhibitor information.
Students:
Registration is $40 for students. Please contact your advisor for volunteer opportunities.
