Brent Rewis, PE serves as the Senior Program Manager for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT). He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Mr. Rewis began his career at SCDOT in 1999 and has served in various roles before his current role, which he achieved in 2014.
As the Senior Program Manaer, Mr. Rewis manages all aspects of development of system upgrades primarily in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester Counties including: accelerated projects, interstate upgrade projects, SIB projects, Design Build, MPO/COG, LPA, Enhancement projects. Relevant projects managed include: Charleston - I 526 Corridor Improvement Project including the System to System upgrade at I 26/ I 526; Berkeley County - US 17A at SC 6 Intersection Improvements; Dorchester County - Berlin Myers Parkway Phase 3, US 78 Four Hole Swamp Bridge Replacement.
