Ryan Anderson is the Commissioner for the Alaska DOT&PF. Since moving up to Alaska in 1993 he has worked both in mining and transportation. Ryan Anderson will expand on a presentation he gave to Commonwealth North on the impacts of the Care Act and the infrastructure investment and jobs act.
