Members of ASCE are automatically registered to the Section and Branch in which they work or live.  If your primary address is located within the boarders of Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, or San Benito counties, you are a member of the San Jose Branch within the San Francisco Section.  Region 9 encompasses all of California.
