Joel Freeman experience includes supporting design and construction projects on behalf of state and local government, contractors and design professionals. Joel serves as Fishbeck’s Corporate Counsel, where in additional to Legal Services, he leads the newly created Risk Management Department, where supports Fishbeck and its project teams through the Health & Safety, Insurance, and Corporate Compliance teams. Prior to joining Fishbeck Joel served as Corporate Counsel at Rockford Construction and the Michigan Legislature.
