Daniel is employed as an Associate III - Geotechnical Engineer at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE). He grew up in Hobbs, New Mexico and graduated with a B.S. (2015) and M.S. (2016) in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. Daniel moved to Colorado to work as a Geotechnical Engineer and has been living in Colorado for 4 years. At WJE, Daniel has focused on the geotechnical aspects of slope stability, foundations, and retention systems. Prior to working at WJE, he worked at Wood (formerly Amec Foster Wheeler) as a Geotechnical Engineer in the mining industry. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys hiking, riding his bike, snowboarding, and cooking.
