Jared is a Stormwater Engineer with the City of Aurora’s Engineering Division and reviews Civil plans for development within the City. He grew up in southern Florida and has lived in Colorado since 2013 and has been active in both the ASCE YMG and Denver Branch. Jared has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a M.S. in Environmental and Water Resources from Colorado School of Mines. Jared has worked for several organizations of varying sizes and both in the private and public sides of the field focusing on stormwater, drainage, transportation, civil construction, floodplain and water quality projects. He is also a registered CFM. Jared is an avid martial artist, enjoys hiking and the outdoors and volunteers his time with an adaptive snowsports program.
