Sarah is a Civil Engineer with a BS in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She began her career in the Chicago area designing for Class I and commuter railroads, and finally made it to Colorado a few years ago to continue to develop her career working on public projects. She now works as a project manager at the City and County of Denver, focusing on transportation mobility projects. Her career passions include sustainable infrastructure improvements and public policy undertaken to benefit the lives of diverse communities and people. Outside of work she enjoys exploring and trying new things – nature, cities, ideas, the arts.
