Tanner has nearly four years of experience in civil engineering design, as well as experience with on-site construction. He attended Colorado State University where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He works for Kimley-Horn and Associates as a Land Development Civil Analyst. Some projects Tanner has worked on include Denver Premium Outlets, 9th & Colorado Master Development, Mile High Monument at Mile High Stadium, and 13th & 14th Protected Bicycle Lanes in Downtown Denver. Although his specialty is Land Development, Tanner works on a variety of projects ranging from parking master plans to small site retaining wall designs. He is originally from Arlington, TX, but has been living in Colorado for over 8 years. He is also an active member of ULI (Urban Land Institute). In his free time, Tanner enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, soccer, volleyball, hockey, and craft breweries.
