Matt provides inspection, design, construction document preparation, and post-award construction services for a wide range of marine structures, including near-shore platforms, trestles, wharves, piers, docks, bulkheads, and mooring / breasting structures. He has led field inspections of waterfront structures and authored assessment reports documenting structural condition. His experience includes developing construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates and structural calculation packages. Matt has extensive experience in the design and construction of liquid, gas, container and bulk terminals. He has represented the Owner during major construction projects and worked closely with contractors, stakeholders and engineers to resolve construction issues and deliver projects.  Matt grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado where he played soccer and built legos.
