This presentation covers affordable hardware and software that's available today and possibilities of how using the equipment now can have a profound effect on the life cycle of design, construction, and maintenance by offering unprecedented connectivity to BIM, instant calculations, geo tagging, digital measuring, heat and moisture mapping, and things yet to be invented. The presentation will also briefly touch on the connection to Solidworks and laser measuring tools that are extensions of this base technology.
