Bently C Green, PE

Mr. Green is an Associate Vice President with Black & Veatch and currently serves as the Program Director for Memphis’ Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP). Mr. Green has over 32 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater systems including concept development, project management, design development, specification writing, cost estimates, and construction supervision. His professional associations include Water Environment Federation, the Engineers’ Club of St. Louis, Missouri Water Environment Association, the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, Missouri AWWA, and AWWA.

Jeffrey Old, PE

Mr. Old is a Project Manager with Black & Veatch and currently serves as the Deputy Program Manager for Memphis’ Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP). Mr. Old has 30 years of experience in utility systems and civil sites in all phases from conceptual design and construction document preparation through construction management. He is actively involved in AWWA and ACEC, currently serving as Vice President of ACEC of Tennessee.
