Shrey received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India (2012) and a Master’s Degree in Underground Construction and Tunneling from Colorado School of Mines (2018). After spending several years in academia as a researcher in rock mechanics, he joined the Trenchless Technology Industry. Shrey works as a Staff Engineer at KUE where his responsibilities include designing/modeling tunnel initial support, final lining & excavation support systems as well as ground water and slope stability problems. He is an ardent Manchester United fan and after work, you can find him either at some soccer field, badminton court, or a local brewery.
