Course Description:

The Denver Water Operations Complex is a 35-acre redevelopment of the existing Denver Water Campus. Martin/Martin's services extended through master planning into campus-wide implementation, incorporating design drawings and project phasing to plan for and maintain an active campus throughout construction.  Martin/Martin, along with MKK, Stantec, and Denver Water, worked collaboratively to meet Denver Water's goal of implementing one of the nation's most sustainable utility campuses.

Design innovation was a key element of this project which incorporated a unique water reuse strategy to capture and recycle greywater and blackwater from the building, along with rainwater collection. Martin/Martin played an integral part in transitioning from a net-zero water concept to implementing design for "OneWater,".
