Join us on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the UAF BP Design Theater for a special presentation by Greg Kinney on the recently released 2025 Alaska Infrastructure Report Card. This report evaluates the condition and performance of Alaska’s critical infrastructure systems—from roads and bridges to drinking water and solid waste—and highlights opportunities for investment and improvement.
Greg will share insights from the report, discuss Alaska’s grades, and explore how engineers and policymakers can work together to “raise the grade.”
Greg Kinney, ASCE Region 8 outgoing Governor
Greg Kinney is a registered professional civil and mechanical engineer who is a past president of the ASCE Alaska Section and a past ASCE Region 8 Governor. Greg has worked at Alyeska Pipeline since 1989, currently serving as a Site Engineer in the central and southern portion of the pipeline.
