Harold R. Peyton Award for Cold Regions Engineering
Craig B. Hazen, P.E., M.ASCE has been selected by the Technical Council on Cold Regions Engineering to receive the 2025 Harold R. Peyton Award for Cold Regions Engineering for his contribution to cold regions engineering through his engineering feasibility studies, engineering design of various arctic projects, and numerous presentations on his work furthering the profession of cold regions arctic engineering.
2025 National ASCE Steel Bridge Competition
The UAF Steel Bridge Team returned from the 2025 National ASCE Steel Bridge Competition at Iowa State University. The Team placed 4th overall and took 3rd place in construction speed with a time of 6 minutes and 33 seconds and 3rd in efficiency.
