The development on the former Hudson's site will include 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, food and beverage, hotel, residential, event and meeting, parking, and activated open spaces. At 685.4 feet tall, the tower will provide unique city views at every level.

Outfit requirements: Everyone must wear long pants, boots, and sleeves on their shirts. Barton Malow Builders can provide PPE if necessary. Everyone will be required to sign a waiver before they enter the site, but we'll take care of that just before we tour.
