Presentation: "Interstate I-75: Segment 3"
Join us for a discussion by Sean Kelsch, P.E. and David Mast, P.E., of AECOM, on the Interstate I-75 - Segment 3 Project. The $1.4 billion project includes road reconstruction/widening, including the addition of an HOV lane, new storm drainage systems, new ITS system, service drive reconstruction, 24 bridge replacements, over 12,000 feet of retaining wall and over 15,000 feet of noise wall. The Segment 3 project also includes design and construction of a new 14.5-foot diameter, 20,000-foot-long stormwater storage and drainage tunnel, plus a new dewatering pump station. The tunnel-pump station system will replace seven (7) existing stormwater pumping stations along the highway segment.
