January 2023 Lunch Meeting - ASCE SLO
Please join us on Thursday, January 19th to enjoy a presentation on the City of Arroyo Grande's Bridge Street Bridge Rehabilitation project. Bill Robeson, Mark Reno, & Gino Filippin will be delivering the presentation. Come hear about this ASCE Los Angeles Section award winning project.
About the Presentation:
The presentation will highlight a highly complex rehabilitation of the existing Bridge Street Bridge in the City of Arroyo Grande. Built in 1908, this bridge was rehabilitated without jeopardizing the historic eligibility. Given the location of this project site in the heart of the City's downtown, near a park, developments, historic buildings, and critical parking, this became one of the most challenging project sites that this Design Team and Contractor had ever encountered. Presentations will be provided by representatives from the City Staff, CONSOR Engineers (formally known as Quincy Engineering), and Filippin Engineering.
