ASCE SLO - BPELSG Presentation and Q&A with Natalie King, P.E.
Join the ASCE SLO Branch for a special extra monthly meeting. Natalie King, P.E, Senior Registrar with the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG) will be offering a presentation to ASCE SLO Branch licensed professionals about the new PE Renewal Assessment that the Board recently instituted for registered engineers within the state of California.
In addition, Natalie will provide an overview about BPELSG, with a special emphasis on the Enforcement Unit and its critical role in upholding laws and regulations to protect the public. Attendees will learn about the complaint process, common license violations, and discuss recent statutory and regulatory changes affecting professional engineers. Attendees will also learn ways to get more involved with BPELSG. There will be time for a question and answer session at the end of the presentation.
