Caleb Stock, P.E., is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at HDR in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a geotechnical engineer on a multi-disciplinary team, he provides support to design and construct our nation's critical water infrastructure. His professional experience encompasses geotechnical engineering applications, including slope stability analysis, seepage analysis, settlement analysis, foundation analysis, civil design, waste containment design (including geosynthetics), reclamation design (focus on water balance cover modeling), slurry wall design, pavement section design, dam and levee inspection, drilling oversight, construction materials testing (specifically soil and concrete), excavation observations, construction oversight, soil mechanics laboratory testing and analysis, writing construction specifications, technical report and proposal writing, and risk analysis for dams.
Caleb graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering in 2005, and graduated from Colorado State University with an MS in Civil Engineering in 2018. In the ASCE, he has been the President of the Northern Colorado Branch, and served in various officer positions on the Board, and as a Region 7 Governor.
