Stephanie Cecil is a Project Engineer/Project Manager with Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) in Berthoud, Colorado, helping to plan, manage, and implement regional water projects including large diameter pipelines, pump stations, and reservoir projects. She is a professional engineer with nearly 10 years of experience in water resources projects including design and route analysis of pipelines, pump station layout and design, hydraulic modeling,  and environmental permitting.

Stephanie has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and made the move from Texas to Colorado in 2016. She has been a member of ASCE since joining in 2011 and served as the Northern Colorado Branch secretary for the 2019-2020 term.
