Todd Hepworth is a Civil Engineer with the City of Evans.  He has held a variety of positions, ranging from mine site environmental remediation, plan review and permitting, land development, municipal engineering, and GIS development.  He has served in both the public and private sectors to perform these duties. He is a 4th generation Civil Engineer with a love for tinkering and the outdoors. He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Masters’ of Science in GIS & Geodesy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

He has been a member of ASCE since joining as a student at the U of MN in 1991. He was a member of the U of MN Steel Bridge team (competing in Fargo, ND, in February isn’t any fun) and also a member of the UW Concrete Canoe team that went to nationals in 1996. His passion for “tinkering” has been inherited by his daughters; his 16 year-old has already surpassed him competing at the FIRST FRC world robotics championship this past spring in Houston, TX.

Todd served as our chapter vice president during the 2018-19 term, and as the president in the 2019-2020 term, and looks forward to continuing to work with the Branch’s Executive Committee to expand our membership involvement for professional development and presence within Northern Colorado.
