East Branch Constitution/Bylaws
Prior to 2012, the East Branch operated under its own constitution and bylaws. During a Branch board meeting in February 2012 the board elected to abolish the outdated East Branch Constitution and to operate under the direction of the Central Illinois Section constitution with an updated set of East Branch bylaws.
In April 2012, the board selected a committee to oversee the drafting of our new bylaws. These new bylaws shall be drafted by the 2012-2013 Board of Directors.

Branch Board Meeting Minutes
The East Branch is making available to membership the minutes from its prior board meetings. The Branch President is tasked with creating the agenda for the meetings using input from the board. The Secretary is responsible for taking minutes, distributing the minutes to the rest of the board for review, and the minutes are either approved or edits are noted at the start of the next meeting.

Branch Quarterly Reports to Section
The East Branch is required to send a representative from the board, typically the Branch President, to attend quarterly Central Illinois Section meetings. At these meetings the President gives a short presentation and submits a report detailing the activities of the Branch for the three months prior to the meeting.
