Nominations for the 2025 - 2026 Board

A proposed slate of officers has been created for the 2025-2026 year, commencing October 2025. The proposed slate of officers is shown below.

In accordance with our bylaws, additional nominees for any office can be placed on the ballot with a signed petition of 12 or more MIB members eligible to vote. Petitions must be received by the Secretary not later than September 26, 2025 (note new date). Any candidate unopposed by a nominee submitted by a valid petition shall be declared to be duly elected.
If more than one candidate has been duly nominated and has agreed to run for an office, the Secretary shall send to the membership a ballot listing the names of all qualified nominees for contested offices who have agreed to run and to fulfill the requirements of the office if elected. The ballots shall be returned to the Secretary and tabulated by a committee of impartial tellers appointed by the President.
Anyone who wishes to be nominated for a position, or anyone who wishes to nominate another, should acquire the support of 12 or more members of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Branch and send the petition for nomination to [email protected] by September 26, 2025.
