You are invited to our ASCE West TN February Branch Meeting at Ensafe, which will be held in-person on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. JT Malasari, P.E. founder at Malasari Engineering, will be presenting an overview of the Accelerate Memphis: Activating Memphis 3.0 initiative.

Jittapong (JT) Malasri is a licensed Professional Engineer and the founder of Malasri Engineering, PLLC, providing sustainable infrastructure solutions since 2013. A graduate of Christian Brothers University and the University of Memphis, JT is passionate about the region's redevelopment, with a focus on infrastructure and housing. He actively contributes to the community's future by holding leadership roles with Convergence Memphis, the Urban Land Institute, and New Memphis.

JT will discuss the specific strategies used to speed up delivery and how these methods have established a permanent framework for future municipal work.
