In 1985, Tim Verner, PE, joined Fisher Arnold and has since progressed to Senior Vice President at Fisher Arnold and is responsible for the firm's Municipal Civil and Sanitary Engineering activities, as well as the firm-wide risk management and safety. During his career, he has had many responsibilities from construction observation of public work-type projects to the design and project management of major sanitary sewer and potable water infrastructure for area municipalities. Currently, Tim Verner is the Principal-In-Charge of a team designing an expansion of the West Memphis, Arkansas WWTP, increasing its capacity from 6.3 MGD average daily flow to 12.0 MGD with a peak capacity of 18.0 MGD. He also assists West Memphis in various collection system improvements and repairs as required under their Consent Order with ADEQ.
