Al Hogan, P.E., is the Southeast Region Engineer for the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA), where he has served since 2007. Based in Tennessee, Hogan leverages over 30 years of industry experience to provide technical training and promote the use of rigid concrete pipe. Outside of his technical expertise in infrastructure, Hogan is known for his unique hobby of raising goats.
