December Monthly Meeting
Join us for our monthly meeting at Hops Supply Co. from 4:00-5:30. This months speaker is Jim Cornette, Owner and Senior Hydrogeologist of Applied Resource Management, PC (ARM). He has been practicing hydrogeology in SE NC for 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of our aquifer systems. He has managed the compilation of an extensive water quality and water quantity database from the hundreds of water wells they have drilled throughout Eastern North Carolina. This database and experience allow unparalleled aquifer understanding. Jim builds and applies three-dimensional mathematical aquifer models, providing groundwater predictions and sustainability for local and regional growth and water usage. Mr. Cornetter has a BS in Geology from UNCW, his PG licensed in VA, NC, SC, GA, and TN, and a Master/Unlimited Driller's License in VA, NC, SC, GA, and FL.
